Start. Scale. Sell. The Triple S System ← Back to the training

Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This explains what we collect when you register for our free training, what we do with it, and how to make us stop. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

1. Who we are

2. What this covers

It does not cover other websites we link to. Those have their own policies.

3. What we collect, and where it comes from

What you give us when you register

What we hold about you from before you registered

If you received an email from us before you registered, we already held your email address, and in some cases a first name and a mobile number. That information came from a contact list built by an earlier email campaign run by a company connected to ours, which you responded to or were sent messages by. We are telling you this because you did not give the information to us directly, and UK GDPR Article 14 requires us to say where we got it.

If you would rather we did not hold it, tell us and we will delete it. See section 9.

You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. If you tell us to stop emailing or calling you, we stop. We do not need to be persuaded and we will not ask you to justify it.

5. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do sort contacts into simple groups — for example, people who registered versus people who did not — to decide which email to send next. That is ordinary marketing segmentation and has no significant effect on you.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We use the following providers, who process personal information on our instructions under a written contract:

10. Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers, keep accounts protected with multi-factor authentication where it is available, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and we will tell you and the ICO if a breach is likely to cause you harm.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

This page itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

The registration form is provided by WebinarJam and loads from their servers. It may set cookies that are strictly necessary to make the form work and to record your registration. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which discloses your IP address to Google when the page loads.
